  Stayed for 11 nights in the accessible room. Smelled of urine, scratched up pots - I bought my own pan bought my own cleaning supplies. Scrubbed the restrooms cleaned. Had the front office clean the stained carpets. Mattress was stained called the front office they came and cleaned it. I spoke to manager Toby and told him about our stay and I felt I should be compensated for the cleaning and the room was not worth what I was charged. I paid about $2700 he refunded one night stay, $300 His defense was that I didn’t pack up and leave so I must have been happy. I explained why it was easier to stay: have a disabled VET son in a wheel chair, I ordered a standing frame and hoyer lift that was delivered to the room by a company. I had unloaded all my sons necessities. We had done research before she staying here. The lady up showed us a similar room and it was clean and did not smell of urine. Very disappointed with Tony the manager for saying everything must have been okay since we stayed - his selfishness for disabled VETS no consideration for those who protect our country.
