  Ended up here because Smash Burger is closed in north county locations which makes me sad. However, it ended up I really liked my burger at The Habit. On top of that the staff is really great at the San Marcos location. Give it a try. I think you will be really pleased with the taste. Plus the bun is toasted and a little crispy on the inside edges. Makes for nice texture and they hold up! Too many of the buns have too much air whipped into them and fall apart when eating your burger.
