  The customer service was good. Everyone polite and friendly.
  The car I got was supposed to be a a standard and I definitely got a compact. When I brought this to the attention of one of the employees, she just glazed over it like it’s a small standard. Now it may be a standard but the company needs to Reorganize the inventory and call the Ford Focus a compact. I shouldn’t have paid for that. In the past, I’ve gotten a Kia Soul as a standard and now it’s been moved up, which is fine. But honestly it was Spring Break and I think I was given what was available, not what I selected- a standard. The car itself wasn’t great; It stuttered and didn’t go smoothly after being stopped at a light for any length of time and the wiper fluid was low and it made a point of telling me every time I started the car. This was from the beginning of the trip before I ever left the parking lot. I didn’t think to say anything because I thought it wouldn’t notify me every time.
  None of this would stop me from coming back. Enterprise is the closest rental company to my house and I really appreciate the pick ups and drop offs. Now, in the future, I’ll bite the bullet and select a higher grade of car and mention any sounds before I leave the parking lot.
